This one-year program is designed to help entry-level professionals accelerate career development, discover their passions, and gain the experience and tools crucial to success—wherever your career takes you. The Hudson MX Advance program will also provide participants opportunities for coaching, leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities to work with colleagues at every level.

Where is the program available?
While our offices are in Atlanta and New York City, we are open to employees working remotely from across the United States.
Who is ideal the candidate?
We are looking for teammates who welcome new challenges and are comfortable assuming a great deal of responsibility early on in their careers. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who embraces ambiguity and has a passion for solving problems.
Do I need specific skills or media industry experience to apply?
Participants will need to be detail-oriented, responsive, and adaptive. As our business grows, our global clients will require a level of service that is unparalleled and consistently high quality. Our teams need a diversity of thought to be successful, so we’re looking for people with different backgrounds, skills, and experiences.
How long is this program?
We’ve structured the program to last approximately 12-months for participants who accomplish milestones within targeted timelines.

Yes, this program is a full-time employment opportunity.
